Baseball in Korea

Baseball in Korea is the most important game: no soccer, no basketball, tennis or other game.

Three years ago when I was studying English in New York City, I went with some friends at "Mets" baseball stadium.

Baseball in USA in my opinion is bored. All people like"Coach potatoes" seating in the stadium, without cheer up the team... bored.

Last Sunday with Jungmin I went to Omokio Stadium to see a Worri team (우리) it was amazing!

People cheering up the team, dancing, screaming... very fun!!

One of the things that I found interesting, that every team (local and visitor) have a "cheerleader team" and the boss of this group is a man!

Dressing the uniform of the team, gloves and whistle on hand singing songs to cheer up the players. Also two sexy dancers who help this guy to encourage the people.

A lot choreography, and movement very "frikis" for me.
Sometimes the leader speak at the public to show a new song or the stretching time (in the half of the game, everyone stand up and stretch the legs and arms)

See the video and tell me:

The public sing some melodies that thank you to Jungmin help me to understand; for example, cheer up the player to hit the ball and run to the base... Choan da! (or something like this)
