In the changing room first of all you have to undress completely, then take a shower and relax in the different spas.\u003cbr /\u003eOnce you've taken the shower, you have to wear the special sauna cloth (usually blue for men, and pink for woman) and then you can go to communal area.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eIn this big area is where are the sauna, usually 4 minimum saunas (each one with several temperatures) The habit to the sauna is go inside the sauna (usually at 77ºC) and stay 15 min. then go out, drink some liquid (usually sweet nut water) and go inside again... repeat all this 4 times!!\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cbr /\u003eIn \u003cspan style\u003d\"font-weight: bold;\"\u003eChinhae\u003c/span\u003e (진해시) I went with the family of the Suny to Sauna, a very good sauna.
